We want you and your dog to love what you order from Runpaz. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 14-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. During this period, you may request a return for eligible items that are unused, in their original condition, and still in the original packaging.

To start a return, simply contact our support team with your order details and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process. After the item is received and inspected, the appropriate refund will be issued according to our return guidelines.
